Exhibit Times & Dismantle
Exhibitors may set up on Friday, July 17 from 3pm-5pm. All exhibits must be set up by 7:00am on Saturday morning. Please do not dismantle prior to 3:00pm on Saturday.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before June 26, 2026 will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after June 26, 2026. Cancellations must be received in writing to MAPS@badgerbay.co

Make plans to join MAPS at the 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting at the Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago on July 17-19, 2026. This premier regional conference brings together plastic surgeons, residents, medical students, and vendors annually to share research, discuss innovations, and foster professional collaboration. The features abstract presentations, invited lectures, and educational sessions, offering valuable CME opportunities and networking with peers in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery.

In 2026 the ISPS/MAPS will continue to host the Intern Boot Camp for first year interns featuring hands-on workshops and lectures from faculty across Midwest.
