The MAPS 63rd Annual Scientific Meeting will be held at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Saturday, July 26: 1am-1:30pm; Keynote reception invitation 6-8pm.
Exhibit Times & Dismantle
Exhibitors may set up on Friday, July 25 from 3pm-5pm. All exhibits must be set up by 7:00am on Saturday morning. Please do not dismantle prior to 1:00pm on Saturday.

Registration Deadline
Register by July 3, 2025 to ensure that your company will be recognized in printed materials. Registrations received after July 3, 2025 are not guaranteed to be included in printed materials.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before July 3, 2025 will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after July 3, 2025. Cancellations must be received in writing to MAPS@badgerbay.co
